This is a planned itinerary, but as in any outdoor adventure, we must be flexible to make any changes due to weather or other unforeseen incidents.

Spring is one of the best times to capture Yellowstone’s wildlife and stunning landscape!

Our Photography Adventure Tour focuses on capturing the immaculate spring scenery, The Teton Mountains, and the amazing wildlife. We will journey through the park’s northern region from Lamar Valley and beyond stopping to capture iconic spring landscape while searching for the amazing wildlife like Pronghorn, Big-Horned Sheep, Grizzly, Wolves, Fox, Coyote, Elk & Bison.

Pre-Adventure: Monday, May 14th:

  • May 14th: If you fly, for arrival, arrive no later than 1:00 PM at Idaho Falls Airport. Airport Code IDA. Must plan airport pickup with David and Sharon prior to booking your flights.
  • If you fly, for departure, on May 23rd, fly out of Jackson Hole, Wyoming airport. The airport code is JAC.
  • May 14th: If you drive, you must arrive on this date and arrive between 3:00 & 5:00 PM, West Yellowstone, MT. for hotel check-in.
  • MY 14TH: 6:00 PM – Meet and Greet hosted dinner by David & Sharon at local restaurant.

  • Yellowstone National Park

  • Yellowstone to Jackson, Wyoming – The Grand Tetons

  • Morning in The Grand Tetons
  • Departure

Payment

You may sign up and pay online or by phone. We accept checks, PayPal, and most Credit Cards. Note: Credit Cards are subject to a surcharge.

The group size is limited to 9 to 12 participants to ensure a high level of personal interaction, planning, and guidance with your photographic leaders.

Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. Your space in the tour is not confirmed until your $2,000 deposit has been received.
Half of the remaining balance is due 180 days before the start of your tour.
The remaining balance is due 90 days before the start of the tour. Need special payment arrangements? No problem, contact us.
These payments for this tour are non-refundable under any circumstances, as noted in our Payment Terms for International Photography Tours and our other standard Terms and Conditions, which is why we recommend that you get trip cancellation insurance. Our tours occur in international locations that require international travel and lodging arrangements, substantial planning, insurance, deposits, and permits. If you wish to protect your investment in the tour and travel costs, you may want to investigate travel insurance with a carrier such as Travelex, American Express Travel, Allianz.
Registrations made within the 180-day and 90-day milestones or less are subject to the payment and cancellation policies stated herein.
Please do not make air travel arrangements for a tour until checking with us first.
If we need to cancel a tour for some reason, you will be given a 60-day notice and receive a full refund of all payments.
If you are on a waiting list, you will not be charged a deposit fee until space becomes available for you and you confirm your desire to register.
