Vietnam Photography Tour will travel from North to South Vietnam. Our trip will begin in Hanoi capital and venture on to other places in North Vietnam. This tour is a Photographers dream with all the wonders that make Vietnam so special, such as, Hill Tribe villages and the rice terrace fields in Ha Giang. Ninh Binh and Halong Bay will bring you closer to the natural beauties of this country.  We will discover the countryside and witness the sunrise in Hoi An, as well as the famous Dalat flower city. The tour will then head to South Vietnam to discover the colorful region of Mekong Delta and its amazing fruit farms.

  • Visa application and visa stamp fees at Vietnamese embassies overseas and/ or upon arrival (Please note that a visa is compulsory for most nationalities.)

Payment

You may sign up and pay online or by phone. We accept checks, PayPal, and most Credit Cards. Note: Credit Cards are subject to a surcharge.

The group size is limited to 9 to 12 participants to ensure a high level of personal interaction, planning, and guidance with your photographic leaders.

Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. Your space in the tour is not confirmed until your $2,000 deposit has been received.
Half of the remaining balance is due 180 days before the start of your tour.
The remaining balance is due 90 days before the start of the tour. Need special payment arrangements? No problem, contact us.
These payments for this tour are non-refundable under any circumstances, as noted in our Payment Terms for International Photography Tours and our other standard Terms and Conditions, which is why we recommend that you get trip cancellation insurance. Our tours occur in international locations that require international travel and lodging arrangements, substantial planning, insurance, deposits, and permits. If you wish to protect your investment in the tour and travel costs, you may want to investigate travel insurance with a carrier such as Travelex, American Express Travel, Allianz.
Registrations made within the 180-day and 90-day milestones or less are subject to the payment and cancellation policies stated herein.
Please do not make air travel arrangements for a tour until checking with us first.
If we need to cancel a tour for some reason, you will be given a 60-day notice and receive a full refund of all payments.
If you are on a waiting list, you will not be charged a deposit fee until space becomes available for you and you confirm your desire to register.
